During my interaction with Carol’s daughter, she constantly hit me and asked me to go away, despite my best efforts to assure her. Carol later told me that her reaction was due to the fact she was ‘shy’ with strangers and added that it was ‘not working out’ given the situation. Hence, Carol suggesting that I was ‘not active and flexible’ would be unfair as I had to be careful to ensure both Carol’s daughter and myself were safe.
She is very polite and kind person, and my daughter likes her so much. I highly recommend her to everyone who need childcare.
